Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Worn items are accepted for refund; exchanges must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returned earrings are never resold.
We reserve the right to limit worn returns to one per customer.
What we offer
- Exchange for a different style or color.
- Refund to your original payment method. Nothing deducted.
How to start
Email hello@tistella.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We reply within 1–2 business days with the return address.
Ship back using a trackable method — we can't cover returns lost in transit. Return postage is yours; USPS Ground Advantage runs about $5.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of your return arriving, plus 3–5 days for your bank to post it.
Not returnable
Gift cards, free gifts, bundled bonus items, final sale items, and anything damaged outside of normal wear.
Returning one pair of two
The automatic 15% multi-pair discount no longer applies, so your refund is adjusted to charge the pair you keep at its regular price.
90-day quality guarantee
Broken weld, loose stone, finish lifting under normal wear — we replace it free within 90 days of purchase.
Send photos, not the earrings. Email your order number, a description, and clear photos. We review within 2 business days and ship the replacement at no cost. Covers manufacturing defects only, not normal wear, accidental damage, or improper handling.
Before you bend that pin
Push-pin earrings hold by tension between the pin and the post. Every pair is pre-bent before shipping for a secure fit out of the box.
If you want a tighter hold, bend near the tip only — never near the decorative top, where bending can snap the pin at the weld. Pins damaged by incorrect bending aren't covered. There's a demonstration at tistella.com/pages/guide.
Need a different length?
Air⁵ is a 5mm post; Nova and Bloom are 6mm. If you're unsure which sits right, read 5mm vs 6mm vs 8mm — which length actually fits before exchanging.
Cancellations
Email us as fast as you can. The warehouse often processes orders within hours, so we can't promise it'll reach them in time — but we'll try. Already shipped? Return it under the policy above.
