What are your earrings made of?
Every TISTELLA earring is crafted from ASTM F136 implant-grade titanium — the same material used in surgical implants. It's 100% nickel-free, biocompatible, and safe for even the most sensitive skin. Gold-tone earrings feature 18K PVD gold plating, a vacuum-bonded finish that won't fade, flake, or irritate.
Can I sleep and shower in them?
Yes. The flat-back disc sits completely flush against your skin with nothing to poke or snag. Implant-grade titanium is fully waterproof. Most customers wear them 24/7 and forget they're there.
How do I put them in?
Insert the flat-back post through the back of your piercing, then push the decorative top into the post from the front until you feel a firm click. No tools needed — each pair arrives pre-bent and ready to wear. For a detailed walkthrough, visit our step-by-step guide.
What's the insertion guide pin for?
Every order includes a free 28mm guide pin to help you find and open your piercing channel. It's especially helpful if you haven't worn earrings in a while or if you have long nails. Full instructions are on our guide page.
How do I adjust the fit?
If you'd like a tighter hold, gently bend the pin near the tip only. Never bend near the decorative top — bending too close to the weld point can cause the pin to snap. See our guide for details.
What if my earring arrives damaged or breaks?
We stand behind every piece. If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase, we'll replace it free of charge. Email hello@tistella.com with your order number and photos. See our full return policy for details.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. We offer exchanges, store credit, or refund (less $4.50 return shipping fee). Full details in our return policy.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on bringing TISTELLA to more countries — stay tuned!
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered via USPS in 3–5 business days. Free shipping on every order during our grand opening.
What's in the box?
Every order includes: one pair of earrings with flat-back posts, one insertion guide pin, one microsuede polishing cloth, one brand card, and two protective foam pads. Your earrings are tucked safely under the foam pad — the extra pad is yours for daily storage.
