A 20G titanium guide pin — the same gauge as every TISTELLA post. Slide it through your piercing first, then follow it with the earring. The post goes where the pin already is.

Most useful the first time you wear flat-backs, on a piercing you haven't used in a while, or when long nails make the angle awkward.

Press — push the earring post through behind it.

Click — press until the top sits flush and locks.
