Why start with the titanium colorway if my ears are sensitive?
It's ASTM F136 implant-grade titanium, mirror-polished and left bare — no plating, no coating, nothing on the surface but the metal itself. Every part is titanium, from the front to the post, pin and 3mm flat disc. If plated jewelry has bothered you before, this is the place to start.
Is G23 the same as ASTM F136?
Same alloy, two names. G23 (Ti-6Al-4V ELI) is the alloy grade; ASTM F136 is the implant-grade specification that alloy is made to.
Titanium or surgical steel?

Can you sleep and shower in titanium earrings?
Yes. Titanium is stable and unaffected by water and sweat. The flat back rests smoothly against the pillow, so there's no need to take them out overnight.
Which post length should I choose?
